Brian and I are so excited for our new home! As we sat in the 100+ degree heat last night with our window AC units barely keeping us cool enough to sleep, we talked about how nice our central aired home will feel in August. So many things to take care of before we take ownership - finalize our loan with John at Suntrust, the final walk through, switching the utilities over to our name, not to mention - cleaning out our old place prior to the big move! We are determined to be out of our old apartment on July 31st to avoid paying rent in August.
All of this while Brian is studying for the bar....needless to say things are pretty exciting at the Hanna house!
