Back-tion!

Our kitchen needs a little "back-tion" - see below for before pics and measurements we provided to our contractor for a white subway tile backsplash....

We are getting rid of this 11x11 vent and replacing it with tile

From behind the stove to the window - 23"x58"

Behind the sink to the bottom of the window - 9"x44"

From Window - under cabinets to the wall: 13"x54.5"

 The new quartz counter and subway tile back splash are being installed this week (yay)!  Can't wait to see the finished product...stay tuned for updated pictures.

The Day She Became LEPG

Lauren has such elegant taste and the day was fun and personal in every way!

It was an honor to be a bridesmaid - and Lauren was thoughtful to let us choose our own Navy Blue dresses - as you can see below everyone was comfortable and beautifully coordinated for the big day...

One of our favorite Hanna photos was captured right outside that beautiful Tent....

And most importantly we started "The Family" reunions that day...

We have been blessed with such wonderful friends and feel so fortunate to share these major life milestones with such an amazing supportive group!  Love to the fam!

Tic Tac Tile

I really wanted a picture of the Ronnie Miller Express from Can't Buy Me Love...that says "Tic Tac Tile" on the side...but alas, Google images has let me down....

Funny how I feel the same way about our bathroom and kitchen...
After some heavy lifting (the oven and fridge had to go - pics here) check out our Totally Chic Tic Tac Tile below...

Bathroom - White Marble (Home Depot) will be filled in with Snow White Grout

Kitchen - Topaz Cypress Porcelain Tile (Home Depot) - will be filled in with a dark grey grout

So pretty!  And the kitchen floor is George hair proof...or at least it camouflages it more than the lovely vanilla laminate?  More pictures to share in an upcoming post - hint hint....the grout and new appliances have been installed.....ohh la la!
